In the early 1930s, Mr. Ugo Incerpi, owner of Bar New York, bought a coffee roasting company. The intention was to be able to offer a special product to the customers who came to the bar. The result was so overwhelming that in no time people came from as far away as Florence on Sundays to enjoy Ugo's coffee. The Caffe New York brand was created. In the fifties and sixties, the craft activity changed thanks to Oscas Onori, Ugo's son-in-law. Caffé New York was distributed in cafes and bars in Tuscany. But it didn't stop there. Nowadays this brand is available in many countries and many want to drink this coffee because it is so delicious!
